How can I track my package?

Once your order have shipped, we will e-mail you on the details of your order together with the tracking reference. You may track your package in the chat box located at the bottom right corner of the Power Brand online boutique.

Shipping & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can navigate to our Shipping & Returns page found at the bottom of the Power Brand online boutique under Client Services.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to create an online boutique account?

On the top right corner of the Power Brand online boutique, click on the account log-in icon, it will bring you to the log-in page and under the sign in button you will find "create account".

How to earn rewards?

First, you need to create a Power Brand online botique account. Once you have created your account you can start shopping and start earning rewards points.

What steps should I take if my order is delivered in a damaged condition?

If your order arrives damaged, kindly contact us promptly at info@pwoerbrandofficial.com, providing your order number and a photo depicting the item's condition. We will assess each situation individually and strive to find the best resolution.

Do you have a return policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required. It's important to note that specific items, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return. What is the typical timeframe for receiving a refund?

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your initial payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.

What is the process for initiating a return?

To initiate a return, kindly fill out this form. We will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the procedure and designated return address. It's important to note that items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Is an exchange service available?

At the moment, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. The most efficient method to secure the item you desire is to return the current item. Upon acceptance of the return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Could you provide information on the cooling-off period within the European Union?

When shipping goods to the European Union, you have the option to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any specific reason. The product should remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
